The New York Treble Singers (NYTS), founded by Dr. Virginia Davidson in 1985, is a professional ensemble of twelve women
who specialize in original music, particularly American 20th century, written for treble voices.
The past nearly twenty-five years have brought many concerts, educational workshops and performances, and recordings - two CDs and a
film soundtrack. Through its performances, the ensemble exploits the crystalline beauty and tensile strength of professionally-trained
women's voices.
Look for a grand celebration in May 2010 of the 25th Anniversary of New York Treble Singers and Davidson Singers.
